Intertec has been a steadily growing business and has a target to increase its revenues by 60% year on year. As a result of this target, we are expanding teams within existing business divisions and new geographic locations at all position levels.

The organisational structure in different offices is variable based on business needs.

In the Middle East we work in a matrix organisation. The sales team is largely divided into focus segments, i.e. Banking & Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Large Corporate Accounts, Small and Medium Business, and Channels. The product management and IT consultant teams are horizontal supporting all customer segments. We have a software development and testing team catering to our application and ERP products.

In India we have a horizontal structure focussing on key technologies and projects across a particular range of industry sectors.
