Intertec Systems receives ISO 9001:2000 certification

Intertec Systems has received the ISO 9001: 2000 certification, the internationally accepted quality management certification system.
The ISO 9001: 2000 certification was awarded to Intertec Systems by the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited (LRQA.).
The LRQA certified Intertec Systems after being found to meet rigid International Quality Management System requirements on the following set of standards: provision of integrated IT systems solutions, development and customization of application software products, sale of third party licensed software products, maintenance of licenses, annual maintenance contracts, support services and sale of IT hardware related equipment.
The LRQA Assessment had carried out a comprehensive audit of all departments, processes and implementation of the Quality process defined under ISO guideline, at Intertec Systems.
Commenting on receiving the ISO credential, Mr. Naresh Kothari, Managing Director, Intertec Systems, said: “We accept this international certification with great pride as it reflects our commitment to provide the best support & services to our customers. The ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard, and the preferred solution for over half a million organizations in 159 countries. The certificate when given to any one organisation makes it mandatory for the organisation to provide improved products, processes, and a clear demonstration of commitment to quality and enables it to work with other organisations as well.
