Brief Job Outline This position reports to Customer Support Team Leader. He will have the responsibility of handling Systems, Networking & Telecom related Installations, Breakdowns and Preventive Maintenance services.
Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate shall be an Electronics/Computer Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with following skills:
> BE Electronics with 2-3 years experience or Diploma in Electronics with 4-5 year’s experience.
> HP APS/ASE, MCSE 2003 or CCNA Certifications.
> Should have good working experience on branded (HP/Dell/IBM) Intel based Hardware (Desktops, Servers, Blades & Storage) and peripherals such as Printers, Scanners etc.
> Should have good experience on Microsoft Desktop & Server products specially Windows XP, Office XP/2003, Windows Server 2000/2003, MS Exchange 20032007, MS ISA Server including knowledge on Windows Desktop and server level Migrations.
> Must have handled small to medium networks with good working experience on Networking (LAN, WAN, Wireless), Firewalls, and Network management platforms.
> Knowledge on other products such as CITRIX, Systems Management, Email/Web content Filtering, Anti Virus and Unified communications solutions will be added advantage.
In addition, the candidate must have good communication skills, be self motivated, be a good team player and be able to work under pressure. A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
