Account Manager – ITeS, Telecom & Large Corporate

We are looking for Account Managers to join our rapidly expanding team in Mumbai, India.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate:
• Graduate in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ITeS sector Account Management.
• Proven Experience with contact centre solutions or Experience in systems management, helpdesk and CRM solutions, and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai and Pune market.
• Identifying key/ institutional accounts, devise & implement key account plans to secure profitable business.
• Handling proposal with key differentiators, executive summary, solution architecture, escalation methodology, effort estimation, pricing, legal risk, delivery approach, engagement assumption and methodology.
• Monitoring development and maintenance of relationship with partners and corporate clients to gather their support in the business.
