Business Development Manager – West Region

We are looking for Account Managers to join our rapidly expanding team in Mumbai, India.


Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate:
• Graduate in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Solution Sales and an understanding of customer sector positioning.
• Management of sales and presales teams.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai and Pune market.
• Sales experience for contact centre, systems management, unified communications, enterprise asset management, and other enterprise solutions are an added advantage.
• Business planning, identify key/ institutional accounts, devise & implement key account plans to secure profitable business.
• Handling proposal with key differentiators, executive summary, solution architecture, escalation methodology, effort estimation, pricing, legal risk, delivery approach, engagement assumption and methodology.
• Monitoring development and maintenance of relationship with partners and corporate clients to gather their support in the business.
• Entrepreneurship skills and will to work like an entrepreneur.
