Intertec was founded by Naresh Kothari, Khalid Essa Bu Humaid and Sh. Khalifa Bin Jabor Al Thani in Dubai |
| 1992 |
Launched Abu Dhabi operations with the induction of Mr. Hamad Rashid al Hazri, a leading Businessman from Abu Dhabi |
| 1996 |
In 1996, Intertec launched New Technology Systems (NTS) to focus on developing and marketing application software products. Intertec was now solutions focused with additional expertise in Hardware, Networking, Cabling and other related business. |
| 1998 |
Intertec's New Technology Systems (NTS) became an Oracle Certified partner. After developing a strong team for this platform, the existing ERP solution was moved to Oracle. |
| 1998 |
Intertec, Dubai formed a Joint-Venture company - Platinum Technology (M.E.) with Platinum Technology Inc., USA. Computer Associates later acquired this company in 2000.
Intertec Software Pvt. Ltd., was launched from Bangalore, India to market the Platinum Technology products. Then this facility was expanded to take on the application product development.

Intertec expands to begin operations from Mumbai, India.
Intertec's NTS released Financials - an ERP solution, Milestones - Travel & Cargo Agents Back-office solution and HOSTnet for Hospitality Management for Front & Back-office operations.

Intertec's Top Executives consolidate and plan for the future. As part of this, the organization has been restructured in 2002 with focus areas of CRM/Call Center, Security, Knowledge Management, Application Product Delivery, WAN/LAN, Outsourcing, and more.

Intertec goes on a branding rampage with a new corporate logo, website and new products like AiMS – Airport Management System and Oracle version of HOSTnet – Hospitality System.

Intertec expands to begin operations from London, United Kingdom.
Intertec signs first Multi-tenant Hosted Call-centre project with VSNL for India.

Intertec launches regional and global strategy plan. This has led the company to focus on vertical segments in terms of solutions and teams.
Intertec signs up with IBM for Content Management solutions in Middle East.

Intertec signs first Multi-tenant Hosted Call-centre project with Invita in Bahrain & GCC countries.
New Technology signs new contract to upgrade the AIMS at Abu-dhabi airport

Intertec has over 140-people and has spread to other parts of the Middle East, India and UK with over 500 customers.
Intertec has over 45 customers on ERP in UAE, Oman & Saudi
